Fire System Water Tanks

To safeguard the structural integrity of water tanks, Corrintec can design ICCP systems utilising suspended mixed metal oxide or silicon iron anodes to prevent internal corrosion.

Cooling Water Systems

The strainers used within the cooling water systems for power stations, refineries and chemical plants are vulnerable to corrosion due to the dissimilar metals used in their construction. Corrintec can produce small, tailor made ICCP systems which effectively prevent the internal corrosion of strainers.

Heating Conduits

On sites where hot water or superheated steam in generated for heating purposes, conduits have flow and return pipes operating under a vacuum withing a single sleeve. Corrintec can design and install sacrificial anode or ICCP systems to prevent external corrosion of the conduit, thereby conserving energy, saving heating costs and undue wear on pumps to maintain the internal vacuum.
